This blog is a running journal of things that I would like to teach my son someday. I'm hoping that this journal finds its way to him someday so that he will know that I have been thinking of him for as long as we've been apart. Praying that we will see each other again. And hoping, that he knows that I do truly love him.
Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, the providence moves too. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-- think about such things. Php 4:8
Before going to war, pray once

Part of being a winner is knowing when enough is enough. Sometimes you have to give up the fight and walk away, and move on to something that's more productive.
