Dear Anthony-

MGBTTT: November 5th, 2005

Is life one great test? A series of quizes leading up to the final examination. If it is I wonder how I will fare at the end of my last day. I hope that I can be remembered for my best moments.

I'm not here today to talk to you about the end so much as the journey leading to it. And what a journey it can be. I've been taken as far east as the Middle East, as far West as Hawaii, far north into Canada, and as far south as South America. And I'm only just beginning.

They say, the path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the tyranny of evil men. However, I believe that a similar battle happens within us all.

I do not consider myself a tyrant. I do not always get my way. I do not always win. And I do not hunger after the power that tyrants lay claim to. I believe that the best of man is like water. Flowing in his ways. A benefit to all.

I must respect your mother's decision that you are not ready to learn of me. She knows you best and knows what's best for you. My number one priority is to let you know that you are wanted, and thought about constantly, and loved. And when the day comes that you are ready to meet me; know that I will be on this earth waiting for you.

Until that day, know that I am with you always in spirit.
